Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Calivio application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

Subscription Terms

Calivio is offered as a free download with optional premium features available via auto-renewing subscriptions ("Calivio Pro"). The free version includes basic tracking and insights. Calivio Pro unlocks advanced analytics, unlimited photo journaling, and priority support.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Wording

If you choose to purchase Calivio Pro, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Refund Disclaimer

All subscription purchases and refunds are handled entirely by Apple via the App Store. Calivio Inc. does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds. If you wish to request a refund, you must do so through Apple's standard App Store refund process.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account access. Calivio is not a medical device. The information provided by the app is for general wellness purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Calivio Inc., its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
