All subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, go to your iPhone's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, tap on Calivio, and select "Cancel Subscription".
Why isn't my HealthKit data syncing?
Please ensure that you have granted Calivio the necessary permissions in the Apple Health app. Go to the Health app > Sharing > Apps > Calivio and verify that all toggles are turned on.
Is my data backed up securely?
If you have created a Calivio Account, your data is securely backed up using end-to-end encryption. Without an account, your data remains solely on your device.
How do I request a refund?
Since Apple handles all App Store payments, you must request refunds directly from Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
