These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and BunkSafe ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the BunkSafe mobile software application distributed through the Apple App Store.

1. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using BunkSafe, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple Inc.'s standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use BunkSafe on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App.
• Modify, adapt, improve, or create any derivative work from the software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any copyright or trademark notice) of BunkSafe or its licensors.
• Use the App for automated data harvesting, commercial resale, or unauthorized academic misrepresentation.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

BunkSafe is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Academic Responsibility Notice: BunkSafe is an informational calculation tool designed to assist students in tracking their personal schedule. While our algorithms strive for mathematical precision, you remain solely responsible for verifying your official university attendance records, institutional rules, and exam eligibility requirements. We are not liable for any academic penalties, disciplinary actions, or course failures resulting from attendance discrepancies or miscalculated buffers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall BunkSafe, its developers, or its contributors be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the software, however caused.

6. Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to BunkSafe (including but not limited to any icons, UI designs, code, logos, and written marketing copy) are owned by us. Apple, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and iCloud are registered trademarks of Apple Inc.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will terminate and you must cease all use of the software and delete it from your devices.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
